So… we’re doing a little experiment over here. Not the “grow mold in a Tupperware and call it science” kind, but a real life, body as a lab, let’s see what happens kind.
I’ve been tracking what I eat, what supplements I take, and how my body responds...because, let’s be honest, she’s been a bit dramatic lately.
The brain fog, the weird fatigue, the “why does my hand feel like it’s auditioning for a tingling superpower?” moments… yeah, we’re looking into all of it. I got tired of throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something sticks (also carbs make me sleepy, so there's that).
Enter: ChatGPT. Yes, an AI, but honestly? A total game changer. Helping me track what I eat, when I take my supplements, how I feel before and after, what patterns might be showing up, without judgment and with way better memory than me.
It's like having a super organized, unflappable health nerd in my pocket who actually remembers when I took my berberine and what I ate for dinner last night (because I sure don’t). It’s been helping me make connections I didn’t even think to look for.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being curious. About tuning in instead of zoning out. About experimenting with what helps instead of just accepting “meh” as my baseline.
So if you’re out there trying to figure your body out too, you’re not alone. I’m over here playing detective, journaling like I’m solving a mystery, and occasionally wondering if I need a nap, a detox, or just a hug.
More updates coming as we keep uncovering clues. In the meantime, shoutout to ChatGPT for being my nerdy health sidekick. I’ll keep doing the eating, the logging, and the healing, one odd symptom at a time.
Rowdy wanted to play and Ronin was too busy sniffing and peeing on everything....
Not sure I want to share on fb. Lots of changes happening, some things in limbo. Been a roller coaster for a few weeks now.
Today was a magical day in the pasture! Rowdy was having the time of her life doing zoomies. Watching her race around, and tail flying, was pure joy.
Seeing her play reminds us of the simple pleasures in life. If you need a smile today, just picture her galloping, full of energy and spirit. 💖
Hi, I just rewrote my about page. Wrote it last week and lost it. 🙄
You can view it here:

I'm looking forward to playing around in this space and getting to know you.
I know I've been ghost on here... honestly not a fan of the pay to play model and you probably haven't missed much. But I'm breaking my silence for something worth it.
I entered The People's Artist Competition..
It's a legit competition supporting The Art of Elysium, a nonprofit that brings art programs to communities that need it most.
You can vote for me once a day for free, you just have to register first. No purchase necessary, no credit card, just a quick signup.
If you want to see what I've been creating and throw me a vote I would genuinely appreciate it. A share would mean a lot too.
Not going to spam you about it but I did want you to know it exists.
My short trip to Vegas showed me something I hadn’t fully seen before, my drinking hasn’t been about fun. It’s been about escape. Not from people. Not from family. But from a place that feels like it's slowly suffocating my spirit.
In Vegas, I laughed, danced, wandered, felt inspired… all without a single drop of alcohol. Why? Because the environment fed me instead of draining me.
It wasn’t the booze I craved. It was aliveness.
Now I see it clearly: when the soul-starving stops, the self-medicating does too.
